Industrial Park Client:   Lenoir County Highway 70 Industrial Park Project: Site planned a 288-acre tract of land for industrial use with access roads, municipal water and sewer, elevated tank location, railroad spur line with access to the property. Since completion a 500,000 square foot industrial facility and several 50,000 to 100,000 square foot facilities have been built on the site.
