Winfield Estates Client:   Clear Water Marketing Project: The East Group provided engineering services for the design of Winfield Estates, a 140 acre single family development located on the northern shores of Pungo Creek, Belhaven, NC. The subdivision features the natural beauty of wetlands, coastal marsh and open green space with the infrastructure improvements including 20,800 LF of 6" water main to serve the 97 lot community. Additional features include approximately 1.6 miles of waterfront and water view lots, an 80 foot timber bridge crossing the wetlands at the entrance and winding through beautifully landscaped private roads. Average lot sizes are approximately 1.25 acres with access to a club house, pool and tennis courts. Boating amenities include a community boat ramp and a 10 boat slip marina.
