Vandemere North Carolina Water Extension for Three Subdivisions Client:   Bret Doman, Clear Water Marketing and JTC Investments Project: The East Group provided services to 3 individual land owners of 3 contiguous tracts of land located in Vandemere, NC, Pamlico County. The project included a sanitary sewer pressure system, paved roads, natural recreation areas, boat access, and docks. Vandemere Creek subdivision, Port Vandemere and Vandemere Cove make up a beautifully planned community on Bay River and Vandemere Creek minutes from the Intercoastal Waterway. The 127 lot development will be served with water from Pamlico County and sewer from Bay River Sewer District. A 6" water main will be extended from Pamlico County's existing water system to the development including approximately 13,850 LF of total water distribution lines.
