Beaufort Pointe Subdivision Client:   NC Land Partners Project: The East Group provided services to develop a property subdivision, existing state road relocation, road design, water distribution system, approximately 10,000 LF of 8" sanitary sewer force main, storm water management and design, and permitting from the Corp of Engineers, CAMA and Department of Natural Resources. The resulting subdivision, Beaufort Point, is a single family waterfront development on the Pamlico River and Chocowinity Bay in Chocowinity, North Carolina. The natural setting consists of approximately 172 acres of combined marsh land frontage with canal access to the river. The gated community is served by the Beaufort County Water System providing water distribution to approximately 113 home sites and the City of Washington's Sewer System providing pressured sanitary sewer collected at a new lift station designed for future area growth.
