Electrical Building Replacement at Radio Island Client:   North Carolina State Ports Authority Project: Demolished an existing 240 sqft. masonary construction electrical equipment building, and replaced same with a 160 sqft. precast concrete building, with 1200 amp service motor control center and other electrics preinstalled. Major electrical loads included six 60 HP liquid cargo pumps, fire pump, and site lighting. Project also installed a 600 amp second electrical service for office buildings, improving power reliability and reducing losses.
