Chowan Hospital CT Nuclear Medicine Renovation Client:   Chowan Hospital Project: Chowan Hospital planned to renovate their existing Administration, CT, and Nuclear Medicine spaces in order to accommodate new radiology equipment. The East Group provided architectural and engineering services which included analysis of the existing structures and mechanical systems in order to determine their suitability for the new equipment. The East Group also provided construction administration services in the form of regular site visits, Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings, and necessary punchlists. An incremental project schedule was designed to accomodate the Owner's request for periodic review sessions between stages.
