HVAC Recirculation Client:   Paper Products Manufacturing Facility Project: The East Group provided engineered for a 180,000-cfm cooling system to re-circulate process air through air handlers. The system utilized a new pre-cooling tower with ozone water treatment. The resulting system saved the client an estimated 5 million dollars in capital expenditure by eliminating the need to purchase a new chiller system. In addition, the need to purchase a heating system was eliminated. Plant processes generate heat supplied to the recirulation system throughout the winter.
