Plastic Bottle Fill-seal Production Line Client:   Pharmaceutical Company Project: This project provided a 1000 square foot, class 100,000, clean room in an existing plant warehouse area. The new room was constructed to house a plastic bottle fill-seal production line. The production line consisted of a de-palletizer for plastic bottles, rinser, filling machine, and capper. Existing utilities, including de-ionized water, clean steam, and compressed air were extended to the room for ancillary support. For environmental control a 25,000 cfm HVAC unit was housed inside the plant on a new mezzanine.
