The East Group has been involved in the design and construction of facilities and processes for over 35 years. We tailor the project delivery system to meet the client's preferences, schedule, and budgetary requirements. Traditionally, our focus has been on the team approach; we believe this is essential in the coordination between disciplines and the production of a successful project. We are accustomed to multiple delivery methods including:
•Being the client's representative facilitating the design and construction of a project.
•Being the design lead where we design, bid and provide construction administration on behalf of the client.
•Team-Building, where we work upfront with a selected general contractor on a fast-track basis and do value engineering prior to solicitation of bids from subcontractors.
•Being a subcontractor to a general contractor to provide design-build plans.
Our design expertise includes: Civil Engineering and Surveying, Architecture and Engineering for Buildings, and Process and Facilities Engineering.
The East Group provides supplemental on-site Technical Staffing at Industrial, Healthcare and Governmental facilities, among others. Personnel provided include Project Managers, Engineering, Designers, Mechanical/Electrical Technicians, and Construction Administrators and Construction Inspector.
