This multi-phase project at Cypress Glen includes several building additions and targeted renovations within the existing main facility. Additions include a new dining facility, an independent living (IL) wing, a healthcare addition, and expanded auditorium and amenity spaces.

To support these improvements, our team designed updates to the main entrance, a new access road east of the entry, and expanded parking across the site, adding 133 new spaces. Additional work included utility relocations and extensions, along with the design of common areas, courtyards, and site lighting to tie the campus together.
