Funded through the North Carolina Parks and Recreation Trust Fund (PARTF), this phase of improvements expanded Wildwood Park’s outdoor recreation offerings and strengthened its role as a regional destination for adventure-based activities.

The project included a new park entrance from Old Pactolus Road, parking areas, a restroom and overlook structure, challenge course elements, zip lines, sidewalks, lighting, and landscape improvements. These enhancements improved accessibility, circulation, and visitor amenities while creating new opportunities for recreation and exploration throughout the park.

Working closely with the City of Greenville, The East Group provided landscape architecture, civil engineering, and design services to help bring these improvements to life and support the continued evolution of Wildwood Park as a premier outdoor destination.
