Carteret Health Care engaged The East Group to reimagine and modernize its Surgery Department to better support patients and staff. The project focused on accommodating advanced surgical equipment, expanding operating rooms, upgrading support spaces, improving workflow, and enhancing the mechanical and electrical systems serving the department.

Our team conducted a detailed study to evaluate design options while maintaining four fully operational surgical suites throughout construction—a critical requirement to ensure uninterrupted patient care. Based on this analysis, we developed comprehensive schematic design documents to support pricing and planning.

This project positions Carteret Health Care to deliver surgical services in a more efficient, comfortable, and technologically advanced environment.
