The East Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Summer Intern to join our team in the Greenville, NC office. This opportunity is ideal for a student looking to gain hands-on experience, learn from industry professionals, and explore a career in engineering, architecture, surveying, landscape architecture, interior design, or related fields.

About the Role
As a Summer Intern, you’ll gain exposure to real projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to meaningful work that supports our clients and communities. Interns are integrated into our teams and have opportunities to participate in project work, site visits, team meetings, and professional development activities throughout the summer.
What You’ll Do
- Assist team members with project-related tasks and assignments
- Support research, data collection, and documentation efforts
- Participate in project meetings and team discussions
- Attend site visits and field activities when applicable
- Learn industry tools, processes, and best practices
- Collaborate with professionals across multiple disciplines
- Contribute to special projects and company initiatives
- Gain insight into the day-to-day operations of an engineering and architecture firm
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, interior design, or surveying
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a team environment
