The East Group provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering and supported site design updates, permitting, and construction administration for this five-story, 120,000 SF medical education facility. Working as part of the broader design team, our efforts built upon an original site layout to advance the project through final design and construction.

The center serves as a training hub for more than 300 physician residents, supporting the next generation of healthcare providers. Throughout construction, our team worked closely with the owner and contractor to navigate site plan updates, coordinate approvals, and monitor site progress.

This $33 million investment enhances medical education while contributing to the long-term health and economic vitality of the community.
