This project includes a new two-story, 34,200 SF addition to support Radiation Oncology services. Located south of the existing hospital, the addition expands treatment capacity while enhancing the patient care environment.

The first floor houses two linear accelerator vaults, a CT simulator, exam bays, offices, and supporting clinical spaces. The second floor accommodates mechanical and electrical systems, along with a boardroom and conference areas.

In addition to the new construction, approximately 8,100 SF within the existing facility was renovated to expand the Medical Oncology unit. The updated space includes additional infusion bays, exam rooms, patient check-in areas, provider offices, and support spaces—improving patient flow and overall experience.
