Hope Mills Lake Park is a well-loved community destination, featuring a concession building, playground, and boat ramp. As use of the park has grown, existing parking, traffic flow, and accessible connections have needed to evolve to keep up with demand.

This project focuses on reconfiguring and expanding the parking area, improving vehicular circulation, and strengthening pedestrian and ADA connections between parking, buildings, and existing walkways. The design also includes a new inclusive playground and upgrades to the existing boat ramp, enhancing access and usability for visitors of all ages and abilities.

Stormwater solutions are integrated throughout the site to support long-term performance and sustainability.
