The East Group is a comprehensive Engineering/Architecture/Survey business that provides trusted solutions to our clients.  We’ve been in business since 1975 and have a vast array of experience in different industries, building types, and municipalities.

From our locations in Greenville and Raleigh, NC we offer the traditional MEP and Architecture services and complement them with our in-house, Civil, Survey, Structural, Interiors and Landscape Architecture teams.

We have evolved from a generalist firm to one that mainly focuses in the areas of HealthCare, Industrial, and Infrastructure/Land Planning.  We also participate in special projects that are near and dear to our own evolution and/or those that might be beneficial to the communities we serve.

Because of our desire to become a trusted partner, we continue to look for ways to be more relationship based.  Over 90% of our work comes from repeat clients where our style is very collaborative, informative, and responsive.  We bring past project expertise to the table but know that the best solutions come from a unified approach of identifying critical success factors on every project.
